Tuesdays July 15 – Aug 19th, 7-8:30pm with Buddhist Teacher Dan Arias
Whether you are a complete beginner to meditation or a seasoned veteran, this summer series will offer you a chance to settle deeply into your own mind. We will discuss practical techniques to developing a daily meditation practice, and how this very practice can radiate wellness and inner peace into our lives.

• The best meditation posture & tips for calming the mind
• How to integrate meditation into daily life

Each class includes a short talk and two guided meditations. No experience necessary. Join Anytime
