Mayoral, City Council Candidates Sprint to the Finish Line
Five things: Tuesday in Jamaica Plain.
1. Election: Boston's long-awaited mayoral election is Tuesday.
2. Mayor: District 6 City Councilor and Rep. Marty Walsh are the candidates.
3. City Council: District 6 City Councilor Matt O'Malley is running for re-election in Tuesday's race against challenger Luis Valerio.
4. At-Large: Jamaica Plain residents will be able to vote for at-large city councilor candidates as well. The top four vote getters out of the eight running will be elected into office.
5. Weather: Clear and cold for election Tuesday.
