Built in 1760, the Loring Greenough House is a colonial gem in the heart of Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood. Community gathering place and event venue.

The Jamaica Plain Tuesday Club is a non-profit, volunteer-run educational and social organization dedicated to improving the lives of our neighbors through historical, cultural, and educational activities.

The Club, founded in 1896, preserves the Loring-Greenough House and its grounds for the people of Jamaica Plain.

The Loring-Greenough House is open throughout the year for various events and JPTC programs, and welcomes all for house tours Sundays, April to November, from 1pm-3pm.

Visit our Events Calendar here on Facebook or on our website to learn about upcoming programming.

From January through March, house tours are by appointment only: email docent@loring-greenough.org or leave a voicemail at 617-524-3158. We ask a donation of $5 per adult, $2 per school-age child.

The site is wheelchair accessible.
