I'd rather have heated fondue skewers gouged into my eyes than have another egg substituting, banana-overusing, gluten-fearing, Celiac-faking vegan joint open in this burgh. My vote is for a Brazilian churrascaria, a pierogi place, a replacement French fusion spot or an actual Italian restaurant -- none of which JP has.
Failing that, bring on the Starbucks.
