A TD Garden concert with proceeds benefitting the One Fund has sold out. Boston Strong, An Evening of Support & Celebration sold all of its tickets in five minutes, according to a tweet from the official TD Garden twitter account. "#BostonStrong shows their strength once again - 5/30 concert @tdgarden to benefit #TheOneFund sold out in 5 mins! THANK YOU for support!" Aerosmith will headline the show. Boston, Godsmack, J. Geils Band, Extreme and other legendary Boston rock acts will perform.

This time next year, Boston’s West End could see construction begin on a new 38-story apartment and retail tower located near TD Garden. Developer AvalonBay Communities Inc. filed plans with the Boston Redevelopment Authority last week for the $200 million project, which features more than 500 apartments and a two-story “retail arcade” that connects to TD Garden and to North Station, according to a Boston Globe article.
