Two Arrested After Theft of Safe, TVs

The following police blotter and arrest information was supplied by the Boston Police Department. Arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Two Roxbury men were arraigned on charges last week after they allegedly broke into a home on Williams Street and made away with a safe, money and two television sets, before the suspects crashed their car and fled on foot, according to a police report. Travis Greer, 27, faces a felony charge of breaking and enterting a building in the daytime, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, possession with intent to distribute a class D substance (marijuana) and receiving stolen property over $250 and Jaquan Sims, 24, faces a felony charge of breaking and enterting a building in the daytime and receiving stolen property over $250, according to Renee Algarin, deputy press secretary for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. …
