Workers have cleared the tracks after a Monday afternoon derailment.

That was in doubt Monday afternoon after two Green Line trains collided on Huntington Avenue near Brigham Circle. One train derailed. Boston EMS treated three people with minor injuries, according to their official Twitter feed. “At about 4 p.m., an inbound train started moving over to the outbound track and struck outbound train,” MBTA spokesman Joe Pesaturo said. “Human error was the cause because the switch on the track was in the incorrect position.
