VIDEO: Civil War Dead Honored at Monument Rededication

Mayor Thomas Menino was among those who turned out to thank the workers who cleaned and restored the Civil War Soldier's Monument, JP's best-known landmark.

Dozens turned out on a crisp September day to mark the cleaning and restoration of the Civil War Soldier's Monument, JP's most recognizable landmark.
