We'd rented an insulation blower from Boston Building Resources when residing our house (DIY FTW).Read More Those folks are a great resource. I'd certainly become a member if one started up in our neck of the woods (it would mean fewer trips to the HD at South Bay for sure).

By coincidence, I walked through the cemetery for the first time Friday, after some of the cleanupRead More work was done but before this article came out. The memorials and their surround look well cared for now. I felt lucky to learn a little more about the veterans and others who are buried there -- their history and their service. It was even more appropriate to witness with Memorial Day approaching. Allow me to say thanks to all those who helped make the Tollgate Cemetery whole again, for those who rest there and cannot.

I grew up in Hyde Sq. and left when I was 22 to get married. The Blessed Sacrement church had CYORead More meetings on Wednesday nights for young unmarried people in the area to meet and travel on ski trips, etc. It is wonderful to see such a vibrant change there. It is much more involved with the community and taking care of all of the youth in the area with meaningful programs. $200,000 will be well spent.

Thanks Jack! My boy plays for Bantam C at Parkway, and it's the love of his life. As far as I canRead More tell, all of you coaches are saints for these kids.

Saint hood seems like a bit of a stretch haha, but I've met some amazingly dedicated, intelligentRead More people running that program. And Bantam C ... you've got a whole bunch of former "knuckleheads" over there. Good luck this year!
