This 10,000-seat Art Deco-designed stadium is home for championship events involving Boston Public Schools. It also serves as home field for schools which do not have their own field. The grass field is the last natural field in the Boston Public School system. The others have been converted to artificial turf. The field has a built-in watering system that keeps the surface green even during dry summers. The full name of the stadium is George Robert White Schoolboy Stadium. A variety of community events also take place here, including the Peace Games and Caribbean Kiddies Carnival. The offices of the Boston Public School's athletic department are located here.
