On the corner of Elm and Seaverns, Hope Central Church sits majestically on a large plot of land in an otherwise tightly packed neighborhood.  Having been the home of many different Christian denominations over the years, Hope Central was formed in a merger between two Protestant Christian churches, Hope Church and Central Congregational.  In their own words, "Hope Central Church is a diverse community of hope, learning and growing together in faith, love, and joy. With God's help, we seek to struggle together for God's peace and justice, to explore practices of Christian spirituality, and to serve our neighbors in greater Boston and beyond with open minds, open hands, and open hearts."
