Mayor's Free Fishing At Jamaica Pond

Mayor Thomas Menino invites residents to try their hand at
fishing this year at Jamaica Pond.  Free
gear and bait will be available for use on select dates.  On April 19 and April 20 from 10am-12pm,
residents may borrow rods with reels and receive free bait at the boathouse.  Children under age 15 fish for free.  Older teenagers need to obtain a free fishing
license from the state.  Adults pay a fee
for a state fishing license.  For license
