Ball Security Issues Topple English Boys Basketball
The Blue and Blue lose to New Mission, 56-43.
Devoid of ball security, the boys basketball team lost to Boston City (South) League foe New Mission, 56-43, Monday.
“We had a lot of turnovers,” said Blue and Blue head coach Barry Robinson. “We didn’t take care of the ball. [New Misson] forced some of the turnovers. They’re a tough, very experienced team. They have some well-seasoned kids.”
He added later that his team will need to slow the pace down and read defenses better in order not to commit so many turnovers.

Leading the Blue and Blue (4-9) were senior point guard Errol Johnson and junior Kwame Towsend, who both netted 10 points.
“He is going to be a tremendous scorer,” Robinson said of Towsend. “He has so much talent.”
