What Do You Want to See Happen At 101 Brookley Road?
The vacant lot is wildly overgrown, what would you like to see it become now that it's changed owners?
A 1.8-acre vacant lot in a residential neighborhood near the Franklin Park Zoo changed owners recently.
The lot at 101 Brookley Road has remained vacant since a nursing home was taken down in 2006. Developers had plans to build in the area, but they’ve all fallen through. The previous set of owners, Planet Street, LLC, were fined because of weed overgrowth and trash violations.
What do you hope happens with the property, now owned by Buildex Real Estate Ventures, LLC.? Condos? Rental apartments? Maybe you just want them to mow the lawn. Leave your opinion in the comments.
