Developers Increase Size of JP Apt. Complex, Don't Add Affordable Units

Banker and Tradesman reports "The Commons at Forest Hills" will include six more 3-bedroom units.

A real estate developer bringing a sprawling apartment complex to the Forest Hills area wants to increase the number of 3-bedroom units.

Banker and Tradesman reports the Brennan Group and Braintree's real estate developer John M. Corcoran Co. will add six 3-bedroom units to “The Commons at Forest Hills,” a 280-unit residential and retail complex. Originally, the complex was going to include only 10 units of 3-bedroom housing.

The complex will have 37 units designated affordable housing, as of their most recent presentation Sept. 26, according to Banker and Tradesman.
