What's Your (New) Take on 161 S. Huntington Ave.?

"Olmstead Place" has stalled, in large part due to a JP Neighborhood Council lawsuit, writes Boston.com.

“Olmstead Place,” the development planned for 161 S. Huntington Ave., is in the headlines once again.

Boston Globe columnist Paul McMorrow wrote Tuesday that he disagrees with the actions of the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council who have sued to block the 196-unit development planned for the old Home for Little Wanderers site, despite city approvals last year.

It’s been several months and the project has been stalled in court ever since. McMorrow feels the neighborhood is unjustly tying up the project, but do you? Leave your opinion in the comments.
