JP Resident Named to Mayor Walsh's Cabinet

Felix G. Arroyo was appointed as Boston's chief of health and human services.

The day before being sworn in as the Mayor of Boston, Martin J. Walsh named Felix G. Arroyo as the city's chief of health and human services, according to bostonherald.com.

Arroyo, a Jamaica Plain resident and former City Councilor-at-large, joins Walsh's administration after co-chairing his transition committee.
