Suspect Chases JP Stabbing Victim in Video

The incident occurred in the area of 9 Plant Court Monday night.

Police are looking for a suspect in a Monday night stabbing incident, they’re hoping the public can help identify the man from a video.

The Boston Police Department posted a video from the incident, which initially took place at 200 Heath St. at about 9:20 p.m. Monday, in which it appears the suspect stops chasing the victim and flees the area, according to the post.

After arriving to the scene officers were approached by the victim who was suffering from multiple stab wounds.

The suspect is described as white male, 6-feet tall, 200 pounds, wearing a blue shirt, black baseball cap, with a white emblem on the front, black sneakers and denim shorts, according to the post.

The suspect fled on foot in the direction of Heath and South Huntington streets. The victim was transported to Brigham and Women's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The Boston Police Department are asking anyone with information to call District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) detectives at 617-343-5628.
