According to scanner reports, Housing Officers heard between six and eight shots fired and observed a large group of males running from the scene. The officers then engaged the suspects in a foot chase and requested assistance from Boston Police.

A total of six suspects who matched the descriptions provided by Housing Officers were stopped at three separate locations including Bickford Street, Wensley Street and Marcella Street.

Police also recovered ballistic evidence with the assistance of a K9 unit in the area of 30 Bickford St.
