A Roxbury man who had in February been brought up on rape charges stemming from two Jamaica Plain attacks has been indicted on three more violent attacks on women.
Tikee Beverly, 36, is now charged with 13 offenses related to five known area attacks committed between September 2012 and February 2013, according to a statement from Suffolk County District Attorney Dan Conley’s office Thursday.
Beverly was arraigned Feb. 5 on two attacks both on Washington Street in Jamaica Plain occurring on Feb. 2 and Feb. 3, according to the statement.
Beverly is newly accused of attacks on Shirley Street in Dorchester on Sept. 13, 2012, Kenilworth Street in Roxbury on Dec. 27, 2012 and Arcadia Park in Dorchester on Jan. 11, 2013. He will be arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court April 2 for all of the attacks, according to the statement.
“The evidence and testimony assembled over the past eight weeks suggests a violent and very dangerous serial predator at work in the area,” Conley said in the statement. “These were five cases of chilling sexual violence linked by Suffolk prosecutors and Boston police.”
Police are continuing to investigate Beverly.
