Police Seek Info in JP Death

Medical personnel at the scene told police the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was spotted near a motor vehicle.

The Boston Police Department is looking for clues in an incident resulting in death in Jamaica Plain early Tuesday morning.

Officers from District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) were called to 7 Parkside Drive at 5:35 a.m. where emergency medical personnel found a body, according to the Boston Police news blog. Several reports on Twitter state the person was found inside a car. The police blog says EMTs spotted the person “outside in the area of a motor vehicle.”

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) detectives at 617-343-5628.
