Police Blotter Highlights — Three Arrested for Street Robberies

The following arrest information was supplied by the Boston Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following reports are highlights from the Jamaica Plain police district's log from Monday, May 7 to Thursday, May 10. All arrests have been included, plus the most serious incidents:

  • Hyde Park Avenue (no street address given) / Matthew E. Drew, 49 Stellman Road #2, Roslindale and Demtrios J. Vossos, 17 Yuill Circle #2, Hyde were arrested and charged with unarmed street robbery / May 7 4:46 pm
  • South Huntington Avenue (no street address given) / Street robbery (knife) / May 10, 10:20 pm
  • 279 Centre St. / Unarmed robbery (residence) / April 28, 9 pm
  • 212 Boylston St. / Davis Arce, 30 Egleston St. #3, was arrested and charged with violation of a restraining order / May 7, 9:51 am
  • 5 Forbes St. / Residential break-in (force used) / May 6, 3:35 pm
  • 940 Parker St. / Assault and battery requiring medical attention / May 5, 6 am
  • 49 Robinwood Ave. / Assault and battery / May 7, 1:45 pm
  • 13 Anson St. / A supplemental report was filed in a death investigation from Jan. 13
  • 72 Boylston St. / Joshua E. Rosario, 1093 River St. #1, Hyde Park, was arrested and charged with unarmed street robbery / May 7, 11:50 pm. He was also charged with larceny, non-accessory, from a vehicle ($200 and over) /May 7, 7 pm
  • 185 Heath St. / A Heath Street man was arrested on a warrant. The blotter contained no details about the charges. / May 9, 6:50 am
  • 3145 Washington St. / Raul Morales, 52 Weaver Court, Roxbury, was arrested and charged with possession of class A drugs (class includes heroin) / May 9, 7:35 pm
  • 105 School St., Roxbury / A juvenile was arrested and charged with assault and battery / May 9, 11:21 pm
  • 52 Haverford St. / Auto theft / May 8, 6 pm
  • 3125 Washington St., Roxbury / Anderson L. Castillo, 87 Maple St. #2, Hyde Park, was arrested and charged with assault and battery / May 10, 2:29 pm
  • 142 South St. / License premise violation / May 10, 6:30 am
  • 2 Jess St. / Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (other) / May 10, 7:12 pm
