Quigley told officers she charged $100 per hour for “everything,” according to the post. Police learned she was renting a room from Nathan Andrews, 75, of Roxbury, also known as “Fard Ahmed,” for $20 for two hours.

Officers confirmed Quigley’s identity at an arranged meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday night. Upon entering, Quigley put a 2-by-4 piece of wood between doors in her apartment to keep them from opening. The officer told her he had half of her fee in the car, at which point the officer signaled to other officers to move in and make the arrest, according to the post.
