Multiple 'Serious' Injuries in Arborway Crash; Road Closed
The Arborway is closed from the Shea Circle rotary to Centre Street.
The Massachusetts State Police are reporting several have been injured in a multi-vehicle crash on the Arborway Friday afternoon.
One car rolled over in the crash and may have been carrying multiple occupants, according to a Massachusetts State Police statement Friday just after 3 p.m.
Mass State Police tweeted: "Arborway crash involves multiple vehicles, including one with several occupants that rolled over. Multiple critical/serious injuries."
The Arborway is closed from the Shea Circle rotary to Centre Street, according to police.
Jamaica Plain streets are at a standstill as the road remains closed with debris on both sides, according to police just before 4 p.m. The Route 39 bus is severely delayed, according to MBTA.
Police report the situation is developing.
