Milton Man Faces Second Murder Charge
Milton resident was acquitted in a 2004 murder case.
Milton resident Omar Denton, 29, was charged with the murder of an unidentified man in Dorchester this past weekend. This is Denton's second murder charge in nine years, according to the Boston Herald.
According to police, Denton and Hyde Park's Omar Bonner were spotted driving away from the shooting on Havelock Street. The man shot was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Herald. Denton and Bonner were soon found nearby. Both man face several charges in the incident.
Denton was acquitted of the 2004 murder, which involved a shooting after a party.
