The man also allegedly made threats against the neighbor who reported him for allegedly masturbating in a third-floor window for the Weld Hill neighborhood to see.

A Forest Hills man who allegedly masturbated in an open third-floor window for his neighbors to see is back in state custody on a parole violation, according to Boston Police.

A Weld Hill Street resident reported she saw the indecent exposure incident on Saturday, July 23 around noon. The suspect, who according to the victim has lived on the street about six months, "would sit all day/night in the window and hang his head out because the window did not have a glass or screen."

The victim told police she tried to contact the owner of the residence and succeeded in reaching a relative.

On Tuesday, July 26, Boston Police and officers from the State Parole Board arrested the alleged public masturbator for violating his parole. Police redacted the name of the parole violator from the police report. The man was taken to Mass. Correction Instituion — Cedar Junction.

The case took a further turn on Monday. A relative of the man told police the man had made threats to have the woman who reported him harmed. The relative told police "he would send someone after the victim" and that he "knew everyone's schedules, when they left for work and when they arrived home."
