JP Brothers Arrested With Pot Plants

Police saw two marijuana plants in the backseat of the car one of the brothers was driving.

Two brother from Jamaica Plain were arrested in Braintree June 29 after police saw two tall marijuana plants in the back of the car they were in.

Jose D. Vega, 36, and Steven R. Vega, 26 where arrested and charged with manufacturing marijuana, according to Boston.com.

Braintree police stopped the car on Middle Street after midnight June 29 after noticing the car’s windows were excessively tinted.
