Jamaicaway Crash Injures Dedham Man
A Dedham man suffered minor injuries in a collision on the Jamaicaway on Monday evening.
A car rammed a light pole on the Jamaicaway Monday evening, but the driver escaped with minor injuries.
State Police say that Thomas Evans, 36, of Dedham was driving a 1998 Marquis inbound when he collided with a 2002 Honda Civic that was making a right off Bynner onto the Jamaicaway.
One JP resident who lives at that intersection and heard the crash emailed Patch to say that "there was a huge noise, and when I went outside one car had slammed headfirst into a light pole....The car that had hit the light pole was obviously totaled."
