How to Obtain a Copy of Your Police Report
Involved in an accident, fight or other incident in which there is a police report? Here's how to obtain it.

Reports are available:
- In person on the first floor, at the Public Service Unit, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. The nearest MBTA station is Ruggles.
- By mail. Please send your request in writing to: Boston Police Headquarters, 1 Schroeder Plaza, Roxbury, MA 02120, Attn: Police Reports. Please include information pertinent to the incident, such as: date, location, parties involved, vehicle registration number (if motor vehicle is involved), CC#. There is a $5 search and service fee for all requests done through the mail. Make checks payable to the Boston Police Department.
