Forest Hills Resident Accused of Indecent Exposure

A man allegedly masturbated in an open third-floor window for his neighbors to see, according to a report filed with Boston Police.

A Weld Hill Street resident reported she saw the incident on Saturday around noon. The suspect, who according to the victim has lived on the street about six months, "would sit all day/night in the window and hang his head out because the window did not have a glass or screen."

The victim told police she tried to contact the owner of the residence and succeeded in reaching a relative. Since the incident, the window has been shut and drapes drawn, the police report said.
