To demonstrate and show your support for the concept that involves everybody working together in the fight against crime: every Boston resident is encouraged to keep a light on outside their residence to send a signal that says, “In Boston and all around the country ... people and the police are coming together and working as one to keep communities safe.”

For additional information, please contact the BPD Neighborhood Watch Unit at 617 343-4345.
