A bottle of cyanide was found on the table of the Lake Shore Drive home, the spokesperson said, but Haz Mat teams have not officially identified the substance.

The three responding officers were transported to St. Elizabeth's hospital, police said. According to scanner reports, the hospital is now under a "code black" and ambulances have been asked to transport patients elsewhere.
