Bomb Threat at Suffolk Superior Court Cleared

The threat was deemed to be unfounded.

State police responded to a telephoned bomb threat at 9:03 a.m. Tuesday at Suffolk Superior Court, just off Beacon Hill at 3 Pemberton Square, but quickly determined it to be unfounded. Initial reports indicated that Center Plaza were evacuated, but police did not confirm this report. 

The State Police Bomb Squad, State Police K-9 and uniformed troopers were on scene to provide assistance.
