Amber DeVoe Found Alive in Mexico City

Boston Police report that Jamaica Plain resident Amber DeVoe, has been found alive in Mexico City yesterday:

The victim, Amber DeVoe was and since that time numerous people: community members, media and other concerned individuals have contributed toward the effort to find her. We are thankful to all who assisted in the effort to find the victim.

Her father, Mike Velderman told her hometown paper, the Holland Sentinel, “She’s in a little bit of rough shape, but hopefully with some time, she will get better."

She is now home with her family, in Zeeland, Michigan. 

DeVoe went missing about two weeks ago, and shortly afterward a Facebook page was created to help find her. The page received over 5,000 "likes," but has since been taken down. There were reported sightings of the missing woman and in . However, on Monday, her.
