Parent Info!

Today (Friday 7/19) I took my granddaughters to green street sprinklers and there was a white male with a dark baseball cap, white polo shirt with an emblem, khaki shorts and sunglasses taking pictures of children without the permission of the parents.  A DCF worker approached him about it and he said it was his right to take pictures in public but when she said she was calling the police he walked off very fast.  Please be advised.  You never know what people are doing with pictures that they are taking of children in public areas.
