gun shots?

Did anyone hear what sounded to be gun shots this morning around 4:19am? When I drove my boyfriend to work we saw police cars parked at the entrance of Porter st. by the Brewery.  I could see the flashing police lights fairly soon after the sounds of what seemed to be gun fire.  It's great that they got there so quick.
