For the past 2+ weeks we have had serious problems having our morning paper delivered, being missed more days than not - often several days in a row before it shows up one morning. Customer Service has been less than helpful, but we're working on getting them to do something. Just wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue. We are in the Lamartine / Boylston / Stonybrook T stop area. We'd like to let Customer Service know if it is a wider problem than just us.
