About Jamaica Elder Care Network

The Jamaica Plain Elder Care Network was established in 2004 by FriendshipWorks,Tree of Life/Arbol de Vida, Creative Alliances, Inc. and Sherrill House. The JP network is dedicated to bringing senior care providers together for information sharing and networking to better serve Jamaica Plain’s elders. Last year, the JP Elder Care Network hosted four transportation workshops in Jamaica Plain, educating seniors and service providers about the various transportation options in the city and how to use them. This year we hope to further serve the elders of Jamaica Plain with our Senior Health and Resource Fair.
