Citizens for Juvenile Justice advocates for smart programming that keeps kids on track and prevents delinquency and keep them out of the adult criminal justice system. For those kids who enter the juvenile justice system, the organization supports fair, safe and effective treatment to promote rehabilitation. This event is one of many 5Ks taking place across the country in October as part of National Youth Justice Awareness Month
Sponsors include Community Gems, the Key Program, Massachusetts YouthBuild Coalition and YouthBuild Boston.
