Britten Birthday Bash

Some of Boston's leading singers -- counter-tenor Matthew Truss, tenor Michael Calmes, and baritone Philip Lima with pianist William Merrill -- perform vocal music by Benjamin Britten to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the composer's birth. Featured works include the dramatic cantata "Abraham and Isaac" as well as selections from great song cycles and folksong settings of the British Isles and France.
