An Afternoon of Wellness

Join us this Holiday season as mind, body and spirit
come together at The Meeting Point for an afternoon of Wellness!

An hour of experiential techniques to add to your self-care
tool-box followed by a panel discussion on self care during the Holidays led by
some of our mental health and bodywork providers.  We will offer yoga, mindfulness meditation, guided relaxation, chair massages, and tips for managing stress during the season.

Free and open to the community.
