A Britten Birthday Bash
To celebrate the centenary of one of the 20th Century’s greatest composers, Benjamin Britten, some of the area’s finest singers join forces to present some of his finest vocal music.The artists include soprano Erin Smith, mezzo-soprano Roselin Osser, counter-tenor Matthew Truss, tenor Michael Calmés, baritone Philip Lima, and pianist William Merrill.
Tickets are $10 at the door. (25% of the proceeds are returned to the non-profit JP Concerts to support other area musical groups.)
This event is part of the international Britten 100 celebration.
