Five Things to Know: West Zone Parents Group Meets

2. West Zone Parents Group: If you have a young child in Boston Public Schools or plan to in the next year, you need to know about the West Zone Parents Group. It's true that the schools are mulling big changes to the way zones work. But you'll have no better support system than the WZPG, which meets Monday at 6 p.m. at the Kennedy School.

3. Zumba: Also Monday at 6 p.m. there's a Zumba class at Spontaneous Celebrations. The dance-workout hybrid class is also offered at Spontaneous on Wednesdays and at lunch time.

4. Mike+Ruthy: Looking to Thursday, Notlob Concerts brings another great show to the Loring-Greenough House. This time it's the acoustic duo Mike+Ruthy. 8 p.m. Sliding scale donations.

5. Free Movie — "The Tuskegee Airmen": A short Orange Line ride to the Central Library in Copley Square, there's a free showing of a 1995 film about the African-American men who fought as pilots in World War II and returned home to confront racism. Monday, 6 p.m.
