Author Jennifer Haigh Visits JP Library

The award-winning short story and novel writer is taking part in the Jamaica Plain branch library's Writes & Invites series tonight.

American short story and novel writer Jennifer Haigh is the featured presenter at tonight's installment of JP Writes and Invites.

Below is Jamaica Plain Branch Library's description of Haigh:

The New York Times called Jennifer Haigh "an expert natural storyteller with an acute sense of her characters' humanity.” She is releasing a new book of short stories in January, "News From Heaven." Previously published are four critically acclaimed novels: "Faith," "The Condition," "Baker Towers" and "Mrs. Kimble." She currently lives in the Boston area.
