Gregarious Local Girl Seeks Lovely New Home To Rent

Erudite, gregarious, goofy, and tidy Jamaica Plain resident (since September) needs to find new shared apartment in the neighborhood. I am a native Manhattanite by way of England and France, where I have lived, worked and studied. I an nearly 39 and teach French and English grammar and composition.

My three priorities are as follows:
1. renting a room from an aesthetics-loving person who decorates and maintains their dwelling in a mature fashion.
2. having the privilege of using needle-thin nails to hang up my own prints and mirrors in my room
3. being permitted to have a boyfriend over several times a week.

I'm seeking a dishwasher and onsite laundry facilities.
