HINGHAM AND DORCHESTER, MA, ISSUED JANUARY 18, 2014…College Hype, a company which has been providing organizations with quality custom apparel and school uniforms since 1987, has teamed up with the Wahlberg Family to create a new line of apparel for the “Wahlburgers” Reality TV show and restaurant group.

College Hype has an online company to sell the apparel and is manufacturing the screen print and embroidered apparel for the Wahlberg family, restaurant staff members and now fans. The line of apparel  features men’s and women’s t-shirts, ball caps, polo shorts and hoodies with the Wahlburger logo. One t-shirt features the logo on the front and the message “Our Family, Our Story, Our Burgers” on the back.  The site also offers Wahlburger logo pint glasses. The items are on sale at http://www.customhype.com/wahlburgers.

The new reality show’s sold out premier will take place on Jan. 22 at Hingham Harbor with proceeds to benefit the Dorchester Youth Collaborative. “Wahlburgers” airs on Jan 22 at 10:30 p.m. on A&E and features the three Wahlberg brothers; celebrities Mark and Donnie and local celebrity chef Paul, as they own and operate their Hingham based restaurant. Online teasers indicate that other family members and Dorchester favorites will be featured in the show along with their mother Alma Wahlberg.

“We are pleased to be a part of the excitement in Dorchester and the South Shore,” said Jack Doherty, President of College Hype. “The Wahlberg family never forgets where they came from and they always give back to the community. With our common Dorchester roots, we have known the family for years, and look forward to the great success of the reality show, the already successful restaurants and now this prominent line of apparel.”
