Amy Kerl Joins Hammond Residential Real Estate Chestnut Hill Office

Chestnut Hill, MA – December 2, 2013 -Jim Nemetz, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Chestnut Hill office, is pleased to announce that Amy Kerl has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Kerl will assist clients from Hammond’s Chestnut Hill office and company Headquarters located at 826 Boylston Street, Chestnut Hill, MA.

Kerl is a New York native who later moved to New Jersey with her husband, where they raised their two children. She frequently volunteered at her children’s school, and remained active within the community. Prior to her real estate career, Kerl worked for many years in retail sales, where she honed her sales and marketing experience. After relocating her family to Brookline in 2009, Kerl joined Prudential Unlimited Realty in Coolidge Corner, where she focused on rentals and sales.

As an agent, Kerl derives great satisfaction in helping people begin the next chapter in their lives. She finds the real estate business to be exciting and fulfilling, and she enjoys assisting her clients in achieving their real estate goals. In her spare time, Kerl enjoys visiting patients at the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center, as well as attending fitness-related classes.
