Video Underground in Jamaica Plain to Stay Open

The local business announced plans to close last month.

Despite previously announcing plans to close its doors, Jamaica Plain-based Video Underground has intentions to stay open and flourish, the Jamaica Plain News reported

The business had announced on Facebook last month that it had planned to close, but had not released details as to when.

After the store's owners made the announcement, local resident Kevin Koppes spoke with owner Josiah Simmons and other board members and came on as a co-owner with Simmons, according to the JP News.
