Jamaica Plain BAPA to Discuss Request for New Traffic Light on Centre St.

Officials will also discuss regulations on health care and unemployment insurance

The Jamaica Plain Business and Professional Association's board of directors will meet on Wednesday to discuss a request for a new traffic light at Centre and South streets in Jamaica Plain.

John Regan, a representative with Associated Industries of Massachusetts will be on hand to discuss the state of the Massachusetts business environment and regulations on health care and unemployment insurance.

The meeting is set for Wednesday, May 21 at 5 p.m. at Community Servings, 18 Marbury Ter., in Jamaica Plain.

All business members from the Jamaica Plain area are invited to attend the meeting. Refreshments will be available as early as 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, and the meeting will include drawings for raffle prizes of gift cards to Ferris Wheels Bike Shop.
