Farmers To You delivers farm fresh food to Jamaica Plain every Wednesday. If you place an order on Sunday, we deliver on Wednesday at the Boylston Congregational Chruch. We also sell organic, fresh food right off the truck.
We are a year round farmers market on wheels; a CSA where you get to choose what you want.
